Familiars are NOT your pets!

Familiars are spirits of animals/creatures that have chosen to work with you, whether protecting you, aiding you in your magic/craft, or teaching you things as a guide.

Pets are usually not familiars, as a rule of thumb so to speak, as they are usually considered as can’t consent to the work. Although they do like to get involved sometimes in your craft.
