Witch Tip – Adding Strength to Your Day

A little “Witch tip” for the season: If you’re able or wish to – add a little extra flavor and spice to your upcoming chilly days, this winter, and don’t have much time for your practice, consider adding a small spoonful of cinnamon to your morning brew of choice. This also works well with unflavored regular coffee, vanilla roast coffee, or with your choice of hot cocoa, if you’re not a coffee drinker or fan.

If you’re not a fan of cinnamon or you’re allergic, you could substitute for this by adding a small piece or half a piece of peppermint hard candy into your brew while it’s hot, before it cools off a bit. it’ll melt in.

Spell chant: “Warm your body, warm your heart, make this cup add strength to my start.” – for while stirring.
